Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or disable our services
• Access or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization
• Use our services to transmit harmful code, malware, or viruses
• Engage in any activity that could harm our reputation, services, or other users
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services
• Use our communication services (Call App) for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Falsify health or fitness data in ways that could harm yourself or others

App-Specific Terms

eSIM Card: Travel Internet

• Data plans are subject to availability and coverage in your destination
• Data speeds may vary based on network conditions and carrier policies
• Unused data may expire according to the specific plan terms
• You are responsible for ensuring your device supports eSIM technology
• Roaming charges from your primary carrier are your responsibility

Call App: Text, Voice & Video

• You are responsible for all communications made through your account
• Emergency services (911, 000, etc.) may not be available through this app
• Call quality depends on your internet connection
• We do not monitor or store the content of your calls or messages
• You agree not to use the service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes

FitGenie AI

• Health and fitness information provided is for informational purposes only
• Our app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness program
• You are responsible for ensuring exercises are appropriate for your fitness level
• We are not liable for any injuries resulting from following workout suggestions

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Keeping your account information up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for extended periods.

Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payments

Some of our services require payment or subscription. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete payment information
• Pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
• Our refund and cancellation policies as outlined below

Subscriptions

• Subscription services automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

• Refunds for unused data are subject to our refund policy

Our services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and code) are owned by Synthroverse Pty Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Create derivative works based on our services

User Content

You are solely responsible for your content and represent that:
